had a shot on this game for an hour or so the other evening.
This game rocks. I dont care what none of yas say.
Conviniently my xbox broke. how about that aye, my pc runs dod at 40 - 50fps w00t
Not quite how i remembered it, but its better than nowt.

Get on ye old vent then and on one of two servers that we keep invading :p

erm the 6 or so of us who have been on vent every night kicking arse miht agree with you keeps

(p.s. a GS8400 PCIE card costs about 30 quid)
(p.p.s. set vsync = off on your graphics settings in case its getting capped)

p.p.p.s. turn yer hacks off as well ^^

there was me just using my pc for strategy n city building games/games from back in the day before i got into dod.
It actually runs dod ok, easily fun, but even with 30 - 50 ping, no loss or choke, i still get slowdown even with a steady limited fps. If i let my fps go wild it gets worse. I capped it at 30. it 'feels' smoother. yet still juddery. keeps a steady 30fps 90% of the time. Nicey you got a better pc or am i in the same boat as you now?
thinking to glue the damn mouse reciever to the mouse, this is baaad.
Working on a config, tho i think its just the computer. i noticed Steam is alot heavier now also.
